Motivation Mondays: What have you done today?

This is an oldy, but a goody. I know it's a little cheesy, but ultimately, it's a great message.

So, what have you done today to make yourself feel proud?
Here's a few ideas;

  • Stop making excuses. Get on your running shoes and head out the door. You won't regret it!
  • Say something kind to your partner or best friend - let them know you appreciate them.
  • Call your Nana!
  • Smile at 3 strangers.
